We hereby inform that, the ESI status of Sunaada Foundation (a Section 8 company), is currently dormant as it is operating with volunteers without any employees.

As a result, the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) provisions are not applicable at present, as there are no employees on payroll. The company will comply with ESI regulations once it hires employees.
